The Broome Regional Aboriginal Medical Service (BRAMS) is an Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service which has been caring for the Broome community for more than 45 years. When we first opened our doors in 1978, BRAMS was the first remote Aboriginal Medical Service in Western Australia.
We deliver comprehensive, holistic and culturally responsive primary health care, social and emotional wellbeing services, and NDIS support to more than 6500 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in the Broome region.

Job Description
We currently have multiple exciting opportunities for Administration Officers to join BRAMS and contribute to the delivery of high-quality, culturally safe healthcare services.
As an Administration Officer, you will:
Provide friendly and professional customer service
Manage appointments and maintain accurate client records
Help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our services
You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team where your contributions make a real difference—and where you’ll have opportunities to grow your skills in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Desired Skills and Experience
About you
We’re seeking individuals with previous administration experience who are committed to providing high-quality service and contributing to BRAMS’ mission.
No formal qualifications are required, but a Certificate III in Health Administration or similar would be advantageous. BRAMS can support your training and development if needed.
Key attributes:
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Experience in client-focused roles, with a commitment to delivering quality service.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficiency in using computers, including MS Office.
